Warranty Policy - Vehicle Wraps & Graphics
This warranty statement applies exclusively to products manufactured and installed by Blue River Digital. Blue River Digital offers a 12 month (12) in-house warranty on all vehicle wrap and vehicle graphics products.
Our warranty covers all defects in materials and installation. This includes full replacement of failed materials, removal, and installation.
This warranty does not cover damage to the wrap or graphics from negligence, misuse, accidents, solvent exposure, road damage, wear and tear, or any failure not a product of installation or materials.
This warranty does not cover warrantable failures due to pre-existing damage to vehicles. This warranty does not cover a warrantable failure in the event that the client chooses to keep any/all emblems on a vehicle and to have them wrapped over.
All claims must be made within the 12 month warranty time frame and are subject to approval by Blue River Digital.
In case of a warrantable failure, Blue River Digital’s responsibility is limited solely to, at its option, repairing or replacing the defective wrap or parts of the wrap. Customer’s option for repair of warrantable failures is strictly limited to repair at the Blue River Digital facility.
Materials used in warranty repairs will carry the same warranty coverage as the materials they replace, but the expiration dates will be the same as those of the original materials. Blue River Digital makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.

Warranty Policy - Retractable Banner Stands and Stretch Tube Frame Displays
This warranty statement applies exclusively to products manufactured and installed by Blue River Digital. Blue River Digital offers a 12 month in-house warranty on retractable banner stands and stretch fabric tube frame displays.
All claims must be made within the 12 month warranty time frame and are subject to approval by Blue River Digital.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. This generally means that parts which fail during normal and proper use of the display are covered under warranty. Damage that occurs as a result of misuse, physical damage, or other causes other than faulty parts wouldn’t be covered. This includes things like indoor displays that were used outdoors, problems or damage that occur from not following the display instructions or using an outdoor display in weather conditions more severe than what it was designed to withstand. This doesn’t mean that these problems can’t be fixed, only that there will be costs involved in the repair. None of the warranties cover the cost of shipping the display back to Blue River Digital for repair or replacement. When the warranty coverage dictates that shipping of the repaired or replaced display back to the customer is covered, it will be returned via ground shipping.
Retractable Banner stands and other portable displays typically come with a carry bag, and even on high end displays, the warranties don’t extend to the carry bag. Replacement bags can be purchased for almost any display, but we don’t offer repair services for them.
